Dear .......,

Thank you for contacting PayPal regarding the limitation that has been
placed on your PayPal account.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the limitation of your
PayPal account.

It is not recommended to use virtual credit cards with PayPal as the
maximum number of credit cards allowed in any PayPal account is 15 and
the account will be limited when this number is reached.

We understand that using virtual cards is a convenient method of payment
but we must limit the number of credit cards used in PayPal due to our
agreements with credit card companies.
I have now asked the relevant department to remove this limitation from
your account.

After this limitation is removed, you may add a permanent credit card to
your account to make your payments.

Please let us know if you require any further assistance.

Yours sincerely,
Ian
